1st Course

Eggplant & Chevre Mousse

roasted eggplant, local chevre, roasted red pepper puree, micro greens, house made flatbread

2nd Course

Cuban Black Bean Soup

crispy pancetta, black beans, pork jus, spiced crema

3rd Course

Lobster & Tarragon Brulee

lump lobster, tarragon, egg custard, and cave aged cheddar served with charred lemon vinaigrette dressed arugula

4th Course

Canard Au Biere

fricassee of duck braised in Belgian Dubbel Ale with mushrooms, carrots, cipollini onions, and garlic served over whole grain mustard mashed potatoes

5th Course

Warm Chocolate Tart

flourless dark chocolate tart with white chocolate and raspberry ganache served with pink peppercorn ice cream
