In My ExBEERience and Station Taproom have paired up to bring you an evening of fabulous beer and amazing food! The meal will be a four course meal featuring dishes designed by Executive Chef Tim Smith and his amazing team in collaboration with the brains of In My ExBEERience!! The exclusive tap list, designed by Station Taproom owner Sean McGettigan and In my ExBEERience creator Kerry Watson, will blow your mind with the likes of Russian River, exclusive beer by Tired Hands, Goose Island Bourbon County Barleywine and more. Event attendees will enjoy a fabulous culinary ExBEERience coupled with their choice of either two draft beers (*some exclusions may apply) or the In My ExBEERience 4 beer pairing suggestion (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!). The menu is as follows:
Crispy octopus salad w/ bean sprouts and roasted candy cane beets, tossed in a blood orange vinaigrette.
In My ExBEERience beer pairing: Glazen Toren Saison d`Erpe- Mere.
Lobster taco w/ a creamy tarragon & napa cabbage slaw and a spicy jalepeno salsa served on a toasted corn tortilla.
In My ExBEERience beer pairing: Cask Conditioned Tired Hands HopHands double dry-hopped with Simcoe
Rabbit stew made w/ barley and winter root vegetables served w/ rosemary and thyme garlic bread on the side.

Peanut butter cheese cake garnished w/ chocolate covered bacon bits.
