Frisee Salad with crispy pancetta lardons, sundried tomatoes and bacon dijon vinaigrette topped with Vollmecke Orchards fresh poached egg

3rd Course

Salmon Tartare with avocado wasabi mousse and sesame tuile

4th Course

Escargot Ravioli and blue cheese in phyllo nests with wilted spinach topped with a garlic cream sauce

5th course

Bison Civet (Spanish style stew) with caramelized leek mashed potatoes

6th Course

Spiced Cider poached Apricots layered with puff pastry and a lemon vanilla bean ice cream
