Head Cheese Terrine with pickled beet, raisin chutney and crostini

3rd Course:

Korean BBQ Pork Belly lettuce wraps with onion salad

4th Course:

White Pudding with apple mash and onion gravy

5th Course:

Whiskey brined Pork Chops with wild mushroom ragu and crispy leeks

6th Course:

Pecan Brown Sugar and Bacon Ice Cream with chocolate biscotti
